The 13 day diet:

This diet clinic Mayc (USA) lasts 13 days. The 14th day should normally be eaten. This diet is a weight loss in yield of 7 to 8 kg. Because the metabolism in the body has changed, one can safely eat anything after the program, such as bread, sugar, flour substances cakes.
 
1st and 8th day:
 
Morning: 1 cup of coffee and a piece of sugar.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs with lots of spinach and a tomato.

Evening: 2 ounce steak with salad and a little oil and lemon.
 
Second and ninth days:
 
Morning: same as 1st and 8th days.
Afternoon: 2 ounce steak with salad and fresh fruit (orange).

Evening: 2 ounces ham and a glass
yogurt without sugar.
 
3rd and 10th days:
 
Morning: 1 cup of black coffee with one lump of sugar and 2 slices of toast.

Afternoon: braised celery with a tomato and fresh fruit (orange).

Evening: 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 ounces ham with lettuce, oil and lemon.
4th and 11th days: Morning: same as 3rd and 10th day

Midday: 1 hard boiled egg, a carrot and a piece of Dutch cheese (60 grams).

Evening: 1 can of fruit salad with a glass of yogurt without sugar.
 
5th and 12th days:
 
Morning: a grated carrot with lemon.

Afternoon: a large piece of white fish with lemon butter sauce and a little bit.

Evening: 2 ounce steak with lettuce, cooked celery and fennel.
 
6th and 13th days:
 
Morning: 1 cup of coffee without sugar and 2 slices of toast.

Afternoon: 1 piece of chicken with lettuce, oil and lemon.

Evening: 2 hard boiled eggs and grated carrot.
7th day:
 
Morning: 1 cup of tea without sugar.

Afternoon: 2 ounce grilled meats (lamb chops) and fresh fruit.

Evening: nothing.
 
2 liters of water every day!
