The 40 points diet.

For every 25 calories is 1 point. Daily basis:
  • Dagravit 1 Total 30 10 or 1 Davitamon.
  • 2 Brewer's yeast tablets.
  • 1 / 4 liter of milk or other dairy products
  • 25 grams of cheese or an egg. Egg no more than
    3 times a week.
  • 1 slice of brown bread.
  • 100 grams of lean meat or 150 g lean fish.
  • 1 serving of tomatoes (about 2 ounces) or
    a citrus
  •  1 serving of green vegetables or salad.
  • Unlimited tea and black coffee without sugar and milk (any sweetener)
If you use whole milk and eat cheese 40 +, it covers 24 basic food items
 
Lunch:

2 slices of brown bread 6 points
2 x spreads (2 x 5 grams) 2 points
2 x thin bread fillings (15 g lean meat or cheese) 3 points
1 glass of milk in 175 ml. 2 points
1 apple (100 grams) 2 points
 
Subtotal: 15 points
 
Dinner:

1 potato (approximately 70 g) 2.5 points
250 grams of green vegetables 2 points
100 grams of lean meat or 150 g
whitefish 5 points
1 fruit, 2 points
0.5 pot of yoghurt 1 point
 
Subtotal: 12 points

Total Points: 27.5 points

You can make up to 40 points.


Sample menu:
 
Breakfast:
A biscuit with margarine 2.5 pts.
Edam cheese 40 2 pts.
1 crisp bread with margarine 2.5 pts.
smoked 0.5 pts.
1 / 2 grapefruit 1 point.
 
Subtotal: 8.5 points.
 
Lunch:
1 slice bread with cheese and 15 grams
1 tomato under grill / sandwich 5.5 pts.
salad of raw red cabbage 50 grams
1 / 2 apple diced 2 tbsp. onions 2 pts.
1 plate yoghurt 150 ml. a
half a slice of pineapple 3 pts.
 
Subtotal: 10.5 points
 
Dinner:
1 cup mushroom soup 2 pts.
100 grams of lean steaks 4.5 pts.
endive 100 grams and 100 grams beetroot 2.5 pts.
1 plate custard 6 pts.
 
Subtotal: 15 points.

Total points: 34
