1 cup yogurt, half or full

half head of lettuce, possibly with little oil, vinegar and salt
 
Tuesday afternoon:

1 egg
2 cups yogurt, or full halvol

Tuesday night:
 
1 orange or grapefruit
1 tomato
1 cup yogurt, or full halvol
A biscuit or toast
Grilled steak tartare if a
 
Wednesday afternoon:
 
1 orange or grapefruit
1 egg
2 cups yogurt, half or full

Wednesday evening: 1 orange or grapefruit
 
125 grams of grilled steak

Coffee and tea without sugar or milk and mineral water you can drink unlimited.
At the weekend you can eat normally.
You stay at your goal weight by eating every Monday the following:
Morning: 1 glass of water with a lemon
Afternoon: an apple, a biscuit or a toast
Evening: half a head of lettuce, 1 egg and 1 tomato
