The Bikini Body Program is divided into four phases and lasts three weeks.
 
Phase 1 (day 1 / 7): In the first phase of the Bikini Body Program focuses on the quality of your diet. We start with natural foods with lean proteins, unsaturated fats, dairy, vegetables and carbohydrates from grains and vegetables. In terms of food you do not start right away very strict. Phase 3 (day 15 t / m 17) In the third stage you achieve the best results. You give your body a boost by eating diet with unsaturated fats, lean protein and vegetables. In this high stage so you get your goal looks realistic at your wedding or in your bikini. In this stage you do in terms of training easy.
 
Stage 4 (Day 18 t / m 21): The fourth phase is the construction phase of the Bikini Body Program. You go quietly to supplement your diet with more grains, fruits and dairy products so that you 3 weeks after this healthy and continues to eat well. The training phase 2 continues and builds your fitness and strength so that you feel is vital.
