The Heart Foundation Diet

With this diet you would be three days between 3 and 5 kg weight loss. You must strictly follow diet or 3 days.
 
When hunger: coffee or tea without sugar and without milk.
 
1st day:
 
Breakfast

A brown toast

Spoon peanut butter 2

Half a grapefruit

Coffee or tea
 
Lunch

60 grams of drained tuna in own juice

A brown toast
 
Dinner

95 ounces of lean meat (chicken or beef)

120 grams green beans

120 grams of cooked beets (not canned)

1 small apple

120 grams of vanilla ice cream (cup)
 
2nd day:
 
Breakfast

1 boiled egg on toast

Half a banana
  Lunch

120 grams of cottage cheese or cottage cheese or 


cottage cheese
 
5 crackers
 
Dinner
 
3 canned sausages
 
120 grams of broccoli
 
60 grams of carrots
 
Half a banana
 
60 grams of vanilla ice cream
 
3rd day:
 
Breakfast
 
5 crackers
 
100 grams of cheddar
 
1 small apple
 
Lunch
 
1 hard boiled egg
 
A toast
 
Dinner
 
60 grams of tuna
 
120 grams of cooked beets (not canned)
 
120 grams of cauliflower
 
Half a part, not too sweet, melon
 
60 grams of vanilla ice cream

The Heart Association diet has basically nothing to do with the Heart Foundation. Because the Heart Foundation diet is known to many people, the name will probably not disappear
