The pasta diet is a diet that followed 7 days.

Pasta Diet Day 2:

Breakfast: Fruit Salad
- A peach
- A kiwi
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
 
Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pit and cut small. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Mix the fruit with lemon juice and sweetener.
 
Adding: coffee or tea.
Snack: 1 pear
Lunch: Tortellini with cream sauce
 
- 70 grams of fresh tortellini
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 70 g Boursin
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
 
Cook the tortellini according to directions on the package.
Drain and keep warm. Shallot cleaning, chopping and later braise in butter.
Add the Boursin and the vegetable stock and simmer 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Stir the sauce through the pasta and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
Snack: 100 grams of grapes
Dinner: salad with chicken and rocket
 
- 1 bunch arugula salad
- 100 grams cherry tomatoes
- 70 grams of chicken (meat)
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
 
Wash the rocket and cut smaller. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Cut the chicken into thin strips. Mix the chicken and vegetables mixed together with the oil, apple vinegar, pepper and salt.
