The pasta diet is a diet that followed 7 days.

Pasta Diet Day 3:

Breakfast: whole grain bread with herb cream cheese
 
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 100 grams of herb quark
- 4 radishes
 
Spread the bread with cream cheese. Wash the radishes, cut into slices and arrange on the cheese.
Adding: coffee or tea.
 
Snack: 2 apricots
Lunch: Spaghetti with tomato sauce
 
- 70 grams of spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 spring - onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
 
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain. Immerse the tomatoes in hot water and peel them. Remove core and cut into cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut them into rings. Chop the peeled garlic and fry along with the spring - the onion in oil. Add the diced tomatoes and cook over low heat 10 minutes smother. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 
Snack: 150 grams of mango
Dinner: roast beef sandwich with pickles and
 
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 100 grams of beef (meat)
- 2 cucumbers
 
Spread a thin slice of bread with butter and top with roast beef. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, divide it over and place the other slice of bread on top.
