The pasta diet is a diet that followed 7 days.

Pasta Diet Day 4:

Breakfast: fruit salad
 
- 200 grams pineapple (cleaned)
- 125 grams of grapes
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
 
Cut the pineapple into chunks. Wash the grapes, halve and remove the seeds if necessary. Mix the fruit with the orange juice.
 
Adding: coffee or tea.
Snack: 1 small banana
Lunch: Spaghetti with tuna
 
- 70 grams of spaghetti
- 1 / 2 can of tuna in water
- 4 green olives, pitted
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Chives
- Salt
 
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Let the tuna drain.
Cut the olives into slices. Bring the broth to a boil, add the tuna and olives and cook 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the tuna sauce through the pasta and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
 
Snack: 100 grams pineapple
Dinner: salad with egg
 
- 60 grams of lettuce
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic - vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
 
Wash the lettuce and drain. Boil the egg in 10minute hard, frighten, to peel and cut into pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into eights. Stir oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make dressing and mix with lettuce, tomato and chopped egg.

Adding: 1 slice of crispbread
