Pasta Diet Day 5:

Breakfast: yogurt with raspberries
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sweetener
- 100 grams raspberries
Mix the oats, lemon juice and sweetener to the yogurt. Garnish with raspberries.
 
Adding: coffee or tea. 
Snack: 1 orange
Lunch: macaroni with meat sauce
 
- 70 grams of macaroni
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 / 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 stalks celery
- 50 grams of beef
- 1 tomato
- 100 ml stock
- Salt and pepper
Peel the shallots and garlic, chop finely and fry them in oil. Cut the washed stalks celery finely and add them. Add the ground beef and cook it loose. Immerse the tomatoes in hot water, peel it, cut it into pieces and fry briefly. Pour in the broth, along with salt, pepper and oregano. Heat the sauce over low heat 10 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and toss with the sauce.
 
Snack: 1 kiwi
Dinner: Cauliflower salad with tuna
 
- 1 / 2 cauliflower
- 1 / 2 can of tuna in water
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- 1 / 2 bunch parsley
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
Divide the cauliflower into small florets, washed and then boiled in water for 6 minutes with some salt. Hard boil the egg and allow to cool. Peel shallots and cut into rings, wash and coarsely chop the parsley. Mash the tuna into small pieces and add the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. All scramble.
