Pasta Diet day 6:

Breakfast: grapefruit and biscuit
 
- 1 / 2 pink grapefruit
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- 1 wholemeal rusks
- 1 teaspoon margarine
 
Peel the grapefruit half, cut it into wedges and sprinkle with sweetener. Brush the biscuits with spreads
Adding: coffee or tea.
 
Snack: crisp bread with herb quark
Lunch: spicy pasta
- 70 g pasta shells
- 1 red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 / 2 bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
 
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Peel the garlic, chop finely and fruit along with pepper in oil 5 minutes.
