The pasta diet is a diet that followed 7 days.

Pasta is healthy and is low in calories. Therefore: seven times with the most delicious pasta sauces and lean lunch. Plus daily breakfast, dinner and snacks.

Pasta Diet Day 1:

Breakfast: Tomato Basil with Cracker
 
- 1 slice of crispbread
- 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 1 tomato
- Salt
- Leaves of fresh basil
Spread the crispbread with cottage cheese. Cut the washed tomatoes in slices and place on it. Sprinkle with a little salt and basil strips.

Adding: coffee or tea
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: Pasta salad with herbs - cottage cheese
 
- 70 grams tagliatelle
- 1 / 2 bunch basil
- 1 / 2 bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 125 grams of cottage cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Cook the tagliatelle according to packet instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and let cool. Rinse the basil and parsley and pull the leaves off. Peel the garlic and mash it with the blender, along with herbs, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir in cottage cheese puree and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the tagliatelle.
 
Snack: 150 grams of strawberries
Dinner: Zucchini Soup
 
- 1 shallot
- 200 grams zucchini
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- Salt
- Pepper
Make clean and chop the shallots finely. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.

Fry the vegetables in the oil briefly. Add the broth and let it boil 15 minutes.

Puree the soup in the blender and taste with salt and pepper.
