The basis of the fat burning soup diet is a soup, which you can eat as much as you want, it contains almost no calories and break down fat without feeling hungry you get.
 
If you follow strict diet of soup, you can lose 4-7 kg in 7 days. You can follow soup diet as often as long as you want, but not contiguous, it is best to follow 7 days, 7 days (minimum 2 days).
 
If your bowel function fails then a cup of bran or muesli.
Forbidden: Bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks and diet drinks.
 
Allowed: water, unsweetened tea, unsweetened (black) coffee, unsweetened fruit juice, juice and skim milk.
 
After 24 hours waiting for soup diet with alcohol!
 
The soup ingredients:

6 large onions, 3 large tomatoes, one cabbage, 3 green peppers, 1 bunch celery soup,

4 carrots, 1 packet soepmix, possibly low fat bouillon cubes, where pepper - hot sauce - parsley - soy sauce - rosemary - oregano - thyme - garlic - chili! Do not use salt!
 
Thus the original but with the years, there is an altered version emerged: The cabbage and peppers have been replaced by a pound and broccoli sprouts. 
 
The tomatoes can be replaced by any two cans of tomatoes.
 
You can mix the soup if necessary.
 
Of this soup you can eat as much as you want and whenever you want!

Day 1

All fruits except bananas. Soup as much as you want.
Melons and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits.
 
Day 2
 
All vegetables. Along with the soup. Eat until you're tired, fresh or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and avoid dry beans, peas and corn.
For dinner you may take one boiled potato (in shell) or in the oven with some butter. Do not eat fruit
 
Day 3
 
Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables as you want. NO potato!
 
Day 4
 
Bananas and skim (skim) milk. Along with the soup. You may eat up to 8 bananas. Drink as much water as possible.
 
Bananas are high in carbohydrates and calories, like milk, but on this day, your body needs it, especially the potassium in bananas, the carbohydrates and calcium so you have less desire for sweets.
 
Day 5
Beef, chicken or fish with tomato. You may be 300 to 450 gr. meat or fish together with a can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Try least 6 to 8 glasses of water to drink the acid from your body to flush. Eat at least 1 x soup!
 
Day 6

Beef and vegetables, as much as you want. You can even eat 2 or 3 steaks with green leafy vegetables but no potato! Eat the soup lx least!
 
Day 7

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. All you want.

Eat at least 1 x soup
