The South Beach Diet

According to Agatston (American cardiologist who invented it) is the South Beach Diet not a diet but a way of life that causes people to lose excess weight permanently. The principles of the South Beach diet: low in saturated fat and good carbs. That is, especially carbohydrate-rich foods with low glycemic index, like vegetables, whole grain cereal and fruit should be eaten. The diet has three phases.
 
Stage 1: Withdrawal

The first step should be followed two weeks. In this period it is 3.5 to 6 pounds. This phase is meant to wean. One has to if it were withdrawal of foods high in refined carbohydrates, the products where fat has become such as white bread, candy and cake. In this phase, the process of losing weight in motion. You can create your own culinary imagination free rein in every way. After all, you can more often than not. If you once the glycemic index in your head, you can vary as much as you want.
