Stay Fit Diet Basics

No more than 2 slices whole wheat bread
a day.
 
No sugar - sweetener is allowed.
 
No potatoes, rice, avocado, and brown
white beans, spaghetti or similar starchy foods.
 
No sweets or desserts (cakes, biscuits, jams, canned fruit, chocolate) but fruit or jellies without sugar.
Limit alcohol consumption to one glass of spirits per day or a glass of dry wine,
NO beer.
Carrots and celery can always be eaten.
No cream, no milk.
 
No ice cream, milkshakes, sorbet.
 
No sausage, salami or other fatty meats.
 
No fatty sauces, peanut butter, butter, oil, grease
